Fall Florals & Flats.

Fall Florals with Old Navy Tank, Gap Denim Jacket, Rothy's Flats and J. Crew Skirt.

As soon as September rolls around I always find myself eager to shift my wardrobe into fall mode, regardless of what the weather is actually like outside. Given that we’ve been finally having some warm weather in San Francisco, I’ve been compromising by putting my cozy knits on hold but swapping in a deeper color palette to get my fall fix.

Burgundy and wine colored hues are a favorite of mine and this floral tank from Old Navy is fog-friendly as its trapeze hemline and loose fit works well on its own or tucked into a skirt with a denim jacket layered over top. And can we talk about these Rothy’s ballet flats for a sec? They’re made of a fiber created from recycled water bottles that’s knit to create an ultra light, ultra comfortable flat that’s breathable and machine washable (no more stinky flats!). I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical at first but one wear had me convinced – they’re pretty much the perfect flat!

Have you started wearing fall colors yet?
