Let’s hear it for the ladies… no seriously. Given that the majority of folks that hang around in the world of Pretty & Fun are women, I’d like to dedicate today to just how awesome you all are. Being a lady sure has its share of ups and downs – there’s the awesomeness that comes with occasionally getting free drinks at the bar or doors held open for you, and then there’s the less than awesome parts like gross cat callers or that time of the month. Regardless, being a women is pretty amazing and I love the fact that Keds agrees.

This red pair is both bold and classic – I find myself grabbing them for long weekend walks around the city or for whenever my outfit needs a little pop. I also recently grabbed a white leather slip on pair which I know will be perfect for summer – they’re easy and comfortable, and the leather finish pairs perfectly with jeans, dresses and shorts – a rarity!
