On any given day (year round, thanks to SF’s weather!), you’re likely to find me wearing some variation of this outfit. Layers are a must for fluctuating temperatures. California’s casual vibes make denim acceptable for any and all occasions. A roomy tote can carry your laptop to your next meeting or save you from paying $0.10 for a bag while running errands.  Flat boots are a lifesaver when met with an unexpected mountain hill.

I slipped into my everyday layers for a Sunday afternoon spent running errands downtown, including a stress-inducing trip to the Genius Bar (anyone else panic when they need to take your laptop into the back room?!) and one of those “oh I just need a few things”… $200 later trip to Target. Anyone else feel like they blackout while wandering through the aisles?
